A seeker of truth through stories
Marlene Zaedyan is a writer shaped by survival, compassion, and an unbreakable spirit. Born in Lebanon during turbulent times, her early studies in philosophy were cut short by the civil war, forcing her to migrate and rebuild her life far from home. In Brazil, she dedicated herself to healing, graduating in Chinese Medicine, holistic therapy, and acupuncture. As a mother of three, including two sons with special needs, Marlene’s life has been defined by resilience, courage, and unwavering devotion.
Her award-winning books reflect her deep desire to preserve memory, honor generational strength, and give voice to the forgotten. Whether sharing personal history, celebrating women’s unity, or unveiling the silent battles faced by society’s most vulnerable, Marlene writes with purpose and heart. Her work transcends storytelling—it stands as a legacy of endurance, empathy, and the belief that even amid suffering, life holds beauty, meaning, and endless possibilities.
